Through our network in Asia, there are staff in both Sweden and China, via a web-based MPS system, monitoring production and shipping all the way through the supply chain to your final delivery. We also ensure that important control documents follow the delivery. Logistics involves more than the transport itself. Our local organization ensures that your PCBs are delivered at the right time to the right place.
The production of the pre-series for our volume production takes place in Sweden and when the volume increases the production is shipped to our production partners in Asia. In that way MMAB can ensure the customer a competitive price throughout the entire product lifecycle. In the end of the product lifecycle when the volume decreases and becomes after-market the production is many times moved back to Sweden.
MMAB have during some years added special products to our production portfolio, such as aluminum boards and boards dedicated for LED. Our own Swedish production unit is very flexible and can offer different special solutions. This is a result of development of knowledge, equipment, processes and materials.
Development of our production is a continous process in order to be in the front and increase our quality level. Decreased hole diameters, gap and track as well as registration tolerances are typical challenges forming the base for future investments. We have recently invested in measurement equipment and a new etch line.
We work closely together with our customers to optimise the product development. We always offer support during the design phase to avoid common problems and assure correct technical solutions and Design for manufacturing.
